You will have to supply your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom furniture in the bedroom picture will be removed. Your house share rent is $1350.00. Your half of the Utilities would be around $280.00 monthly/could be less. Monthly Total $1630.00. There is a Lease Contract to be signed for the next 12 months and a $1350.00 deposit plus your rent for the month you move in $1350.00. Total at first is $2700.00. This goes directly
