Im looking to have a subletter for my downtown Syracuse apartment this summer.
Here are the details:
Sublet would be between January 1st to April 13th (the dates are flexible)
It is a 2-bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms will be filled by a 23-year-old people roommate that works business hours, keeps the apartment clean, and keeps
to himself.
The apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom that has a full-size bed, a work desk, and ample amounts of closet space. It also comes with a full kitchen and large living room. The rent I am asking for is $650 a month and all utilities (Heat, A/C, electric, water, wifi, and cable) are included in that rate.
Laundry is in the building but does cost a small fee to use. Parking is available in a multi-level garage attached to the building for an additional $90 a month. The building also offers a free to use 24-hour gym. The apartment is located at 324 W. Water St, Syracuse, NY 13202 under the name Creekwalk Commons.
