One of the best features of the house is the backyard, a huge patio with lots of space for outdoor gatherings during Covid. The yard is shared with downstairs tenants (mid 20’s QPOC, 420 friendly, plant lovers). The house is fully furnished so ideally looking for someone who does not own large furniture. COVID RULES: We have also tweaked our living situation to accommodate the national pandemic. These rules are currently not flexible for whoever is moving in as we have been agreeing to them since March and do not see the situation changing anytime soon. We can each have 2 guests at a time in the backyard. If you are having social distance hangs we only ask that you keep within the current guidelines by health experts (masks, 6ft, etc).
