furniture and all of my stuff in the pictures but I don’t have pictures of the empty apartment, so you’ll have to use your imagination what it looks with nothing in there, lol) W/D hookups in unit, laundry facility on site as well. Exercise room, pool, and package lockers all on site.
Apartment is on 2nd floor (top floor, no noisy upstairs neighbors). You will need to apply through the apartment leasing office. A background check, credit history, and renters’ history will be completed. There is an application fee of $50 and admin fee of $100, however if you apply and get accepted, I will reimburse you for those fees. Need somebody to take over my lease. Lease is until June 14th with the
ability to renew. I’m moving for work at the end of January and will need somebody to move in at beginning of February. Very spacious apartment. Maintenance here is very quick and helpful.
