Eugene I'm looking for someone to re-let my lease for the 21-22 school year starting September 1, 2021.
It is one room in a four-bedroom unit with two bathrooms at Arena District Apartments and because I had signed this lease early, the rent will be at a reduced rate compared to what they are currently offering. The rent listed is a combination
of rent ($650) and the flat utilities rate ($27). This is a re-let so you will be taking over the lease for the entire school year (starting September 1, 2021 until August 31, 2022). If you need to move in sooner we can work that out-- I am very flexible in that regard.
