Very spacious and updated Lyn-Lake apartment!
This apartment s location is incredible and ideal for someone who takes public transit to work and/or loves to be able to walk to nearby grocery stores, bars, and restaurants of Uptown. I love this area so much. It is quiet and peaceful since it s right next to Bryant Square Park but also just steps
away from the action of Uptown. Parking has been a breeze for me the past year, as it s very easy to find free parking usually right in front of the unit and worst case I park just a block away. Within the building there are only four identical units, so the noise is super minimal and has never been a concern.
Shared laundry is in the basement in addition to extra storage space if needed. The apartment is very spacious and kept clean. The unit has stainless steel appliances, an updated bathroom, and is fully furnished including TV. Two female roommates occupy 2 of the 3 bedrooms. They are in their early twenties and are incredibly sweet, tidy, fun, and currently working full-time and
applying to graduate school. The ambiance of the apartment is super laid-back, and the girls are very respectful of any needs or concerns the subletter may have.
The private room is the largest of the 3 within the unit and is adorned with a generous sized closet in addition to an AC window unit, which I am happy to leave installed. Tons of natural light pours into the room from the two windows, and it is overall a very cheerful space. Also, this room is tucked back in the corner of the apartment, so you will hear very minimal noise from the common areas if others are out there. All furniture and decor in the room is negotiable to stay, so please feel free to let me know if there s anything
you want kept. I currently have a full-sized bed in the room, and there s tons of floor space remaining, so it would be no problem fitting a larger bed if desired.
My current lease runs until the end of August 2020, and I am looking to start subletting asap. If, however, a later start-date is needed I can definitely work with that. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this space. Thank you so much for reading!
