I'm looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3 bed/3.5 bath condo at Oasis Lofts.

The room has its own private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The lease runs through July 31 with the option to sign a 12 month lease with the owner beginning on Aug. 1. There are 2 other male roommates in the condo. One is in his 2nd year of Law School at UF

and the other is a UF alum, works at Wells Fargo and is trying to get into Law School. The room that's available is downstairs in a loft-style apartment. Financial Info: Rent: $475/month Security Deposit: $475, refundable after you move out GRU: $50-70/month Cox: $44/month Please note: You must be willing to submit a credit report to the condo owner and pass a background check.

The owner makes the decision over whom she will rent the room out to, so please be aware. I'm responsible for finding the person and eventually showing the condo. and not the condo owner. If you choose to keep the furniture, it will belong to you, which means you're more than welcome to sell the furniture or take it with you when you move to a new place.

I am hoping to move to Gainesville to enjoy what the city has to offer for seniors.

I get state-of-the-art medical care at UF and live on SSDI, but I can walk and drive. I do nature photography for a hobby, but it is not likely to be lucrative. I enjoy the outdoors, and my doctor wants me to join a gym. I would be a quiet and safe roommate. The least expensive but safe option is best due to my fixed income.
