Comes with a queen size bed, loveseat, 50 inch flatscreen television, microwave, mini fridge, large mirror and many rugs. Absolutely no smoking or shoes on in the house and no drug use of any kind! You have full use of the house other than the other bedrooms. Extra large washer and dryer in house just buy your
own soap. For use of the kitchen there's plenty of utensils and cookware just make sure you clean up after yourself. Cleanliness is very important to me, I'm not perfect nor do I expect you to be but if you're a messy person then this is not the right place for you.
If you are interested contact me ASAP. I would need your first months rent of $625 and a $250 deposit. Randy PS if you move in during the month I will prorate the month. Rent is due the first Fri. Of each month. Cats and dogs are OK but there will be an additional $50 charge per month
