An all students house, with five bedrooms. It's a huge house and is entirely furnished, except for the rooms. The first month will be paid, and some furniture for the room can be negotiated. The rent is 315$/per month plus utilities. Roommates are chill and great people! Requirements: KSU student. No smoking or vaping inside the house.
