The WM at the River Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Daytona Beach Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 0, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at The WM at the River is closed.

The DBHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from May 16, 2022, until May 18, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. No applications were taken at the DBHA Offices.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly/Disabled
• Residency Preference (must live/work in City of Daytona Beach and/or Volusia County)
• Homeless Preference (must be referred from DBHA-approved partner agency)
• Involuntary Displacement

1,500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
