Single Family Homes Project-Based Waiting List

The Sarasota Housing Authority (SHA) Affordable Housing waiting list for Single Family Homes is closed. 

The SHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from an unconfirmed opening date, until the earliest confirmed close date of February 2, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
