Oleander Park Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Prichard Housing Authority (PHA) last accepted Near-Elderly (55+) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Oleander Park Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May, 2020, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 24, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The PHA website says "You must be 55 or older to apply."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the the application.

Once the application was completed, it was to be mailed or hand delivered to the Oleander Park Apartments office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
