Braxton at Lugar Towers Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) Affordable Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Braxton at Lugar Towers is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice

Please note: According to the IHA, these units are "Not Subsidized."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Elderly (62 or older) or presently disabled

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
