Highland Manor Apartments, Peterboro Arms, 8900 Gratiot, 9100 on Gratiot, and Genesis Villa Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Highland Manor Apartments, Peterboro Arms, 8900 Gratiot, 9100 on Gratiot, and Genesis Villa is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January 2021 until further notice.

• Highland Manor Apartments (2 & 3 bedrooms), is located at 20 Sears, Highland Park, MI 48203.
• Peterboro Arms (No Age Restrictions - Homeless requires Supportive Services) (2 Bedrooms), is located at 26 Peterboro, Detroit, MI 48209.
• 8900 Gratiot (2 & 3 bedrooms), is located at 8900 Gratiot, Detroit MI 48213.
• 9100 on Gratiot (1 & 2 bedrooms), is located at 9100 Gratiot, Detroit MI 48213.
• Genesis Villa (2 & 3 bedrooms), is located at 91 Harper Detroit MI 48202.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the property you are interested in for more information or an appointment, List of properties can be found here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Detroit Housing Commission, Post Office Box 7549, Detroit MI 48207
2. Emailed to [email protected] (Subject Line: Project Based Voucher Application)

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
