Fieldcrest Townhomes Project-Based Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) last accepted waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Fieldcrest Townhomes apartments from September 6, 2023, until September 21, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Fieldcrest Townhomes. Offering 2 and 3 bedroom units.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Print the paper application. Select the "Fieldcrest Townhomes" link.
2. Pick up an application at the CCRHA office.

It was not known how to submit the paper application after it was completed.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
