Multiple Properties Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VI is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Multiple Properties since at least March 2021, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Cedar Estates - Vicksburg MS, 3-5 Bedroom single family dwellings
• Charley Patton Apartments - Edwards MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Copiah Cove - Hazlehurst MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Hickman Heights-Jackson MS
• Lindsey Gardens PBV - Yazoo City MS
• Magnolia Crossing - Yazoo MS
• Meadowhill Estates - Hazlehurst MS, single family units
• Mileston Apts - Tchula MS, 1, 2, 3 Bedroom Units
• Payton Garden Apts - Pearl MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Ridgewood Road Apts - Yazoo City MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Rolling Acres - Vicksburg MS, 1-6 Bedroom single family & apartments
• Sam Estes Apt - Canton MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Sugarhill Apts - Port Gibson MS, Three Bedroom Units Only
• Urban Court - Vicksburg MS, 1-4 Bedroom apartments
• Waltersville Estates - Vicksburg MS, 1-4 Bedroom apartments
• Windsor Estates - Yazoo City MS, 2 & 3 bedroom units located in Yazoo City MS
• Woodcreek Homes - Canton MS, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom located on Frey Lane in Canton MS
• Woolwine Court PBV - Yazoo City MS
• Woolwine Ext PBV - Yazoo City MS

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
