Inclusionary Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Borough of Madison (HABM) last accepted Inclusionary Affordable Housing waiting list applications from September 29, 2023, until 500 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
