Encanto Court, Terra Bella, Arboleda Senior and Bellflower Friendship Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Encanto Court, Terra Bella, Arboleda Senior and Bellflower Friendship Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 16, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Encanto Court - located at 1345 W. 105th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90044. Serves elderly families (55 years +)
• Terra Bella - located at 5720 Clara St., Bell Gardens, CA 90201.
• Arboleda Senior - located at 1040 N. Unruh Avenue, La Puente, CA 91744
• Carson Terrace - located at 632 E. 219th Street, Carson, CA 90745
• Bellflower Friendship Apartments - located at 9950 Oak Street, Bellflower, CA 90706.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
