Northwest Towers and Williams Plaza, LIHTC and Near Elderly Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Home Forward Near Elderly and Disabled LIHTC and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Northwest Towers and Williams Plaza is closed.

Home Forward last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This waiting list was for applicants who were "Senior (55+)/Disabled only".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences for Northwest Towers:

•  Applicants who are 55 or older or have a disability.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed for Williams Plaza.

500 applicants were placed on each of the Northwest Towers studio and 1-bedroom waiting list.

350 applicants were placed on each of the Williams Plaza studio and 1-bedroom waiting list.
