Shore Pines at Munsel Creek, 1 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Homes for Good last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 3-Bedroom apartments at the Shore Pines at Munsel Creek from June 21, 2023, until June 28, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $29,550 | 5 Persons $45,550
• 2 Persons $33,750 | 6 Persons $48,900
• 3 Persons $33,750 | 7 Person $52,300
• 4 Persons $42,150 

There were preferences, and they were available on the Homes for Good website.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
