The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio and 1-bedroom apartments at Cool Lane Apartments from February 27, 2024 until March 4, 2024. This waiting list was last open in March, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
