Salinas Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Salinas from the earliest confirmed date of March 7, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Haciendas Place – (4 & 5 bedroom units).
• Tynan Village – 325 Front Street, Salinas, CA 93901 (4 bedroom units).

To apply while the waitlist is open, visit the HACM website, and scroll down to the "Project Based Waiting Lists" section. Download and print the application for properties of interest with an open waiting list.

Once the application is completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the HACM office, located at 123 Rico Street, Salinas, CA 93907
2. Faxed to (831) 424-9153.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
