The Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (LRHA) last accepted Senior 55+ Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Jefferson House Apartments on January 4, 2023, until July 4, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.
