2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Ormond Beach Housing Authority (OBHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Apartment from July 9, 2024 at 12:00 am ET, until 25 applications have been received. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in May, 2021.

There are no preferences.

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
