Housing Authority of the City of Cordele Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Cordele (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACC offers four Public Housing communities with 439 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACC to pick up an application, located at 401 S 10th St., Cordele, GA 31015, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the application has been received.For more information, the HACC can be reached by calling (229) 273-3938 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
