Housing Authority of the City of Nahunta Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Nahunta (HACN) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACN offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACN to submit an application in person, located at 101 Burton St, Nahunta, GA 31553, from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying for housing.The HACN does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: working family, and live and/or work in Nahunta.For more information, the HACN can be reached by calling (912) 462-5680, from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
