Oscar Brooks Apartments, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The St. James Parish Housing Authority (SJPHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Oscar Brooks Apartments from November 11, 2023, until December 31, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
