The Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) Multi-Family Public Housing waiting list for apartments at the communities listed below is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 17, 2020 until February 28, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following communities:

• Charles Diggs Townhomes
• John W. Smith Townhomes
• Algonquin Apartments
• Greenbrooke Apartments
• State Fair Apartments
• Harriet Tubman Apartments
• Sojourner Truth Townhomes

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
