Plattsburgh Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Plattsburgh Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2018, until further notice. 

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Select the the "Public Housing Application" link.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live in Clinton County
• Work or hired to work in Clinton County
• 62 years of age or older

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the PHA at 4817 South Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
2. Emailed to either [email protected] or [email protected].
