Studio,1-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments from March 3, 2023, until March 23, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the PHA office.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the PHA office.
2. Mailed to the PHA office.

This waiting list had no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
