Village of Kiryas Joel HA Public Housing Waiting List

The Kiryas Joel Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please Note: The waiting list for public housing is very long.This housing authority has one apartment community with 60 units, for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 845-782-7790, during normal office hours.2. Stop in the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at 51 Forest Rd., Monroe, NY 10950, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-4pm.Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered or mailed to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.This housing authority does have a preference that may improve your spot on the waiting list: living and/or working in Kiryas Joel.For more information, the housing authority can be reached by calling 845-782-7790, during normal office hours.
