Housing Authority of the City of Del City Public Housing Waiting List

The Del City Housing Authority (DCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The DCHA does not offer Public Housing for families.The DCHA offers one Public Housing community with 99 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.To apply, visit the DCHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 4613 Tinker Diagonal St, Del City, OK 73115 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, Social Security award letter, and bank statements.The DCHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the DCHA office at (405) 672-1412 during normal office hours.
