Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of York (HACY) Family Public Housing waiting list for 2-5 Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application. Select an open waiting list in the "Family Public Housing" section.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Live or work in York County
• Involuntary displaced by a local disaster as declared by the Government
  • Must provide documentation within 10 days of submitting the application
• Homeless
• Veteran
