College Hill Courts, 1-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at College Hill Courts is currently open.

The CHA is currently accepting applications for this waiting list from January 24, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application.

Once the paper application is complete, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the CHA central office at 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
2. Dropped off at the College Hill Courts office at 1300 Grove St Ct, Chattanooga, TN, 37402.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
