NEDP Non-Elderly Disabled Voucher Waiting List

The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) is accepting Non-Elderly Disabled Voucher waiting list applications from June 1, 2023 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Income limits can be found here.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Non Elderly persons with disability, must be at least 18 years of age and less than 62 years of age.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
