Multi-Property Family Project-Based Subsidized Project-Based Waiting List

The Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) Family Project-Based Subsidized waiting list for apartments at 16 Park, Beechwood Gardens, Braxton at Lugar Towers, Canterbury House, Hawthorne Place, Housing Stability for School Success, Lynhurst Park Apartments, and The Martindale is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list may have had the following preferences:

• Elderly (62 or older) or presently disabled

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
